Solvent-free concrete release agent
Simple, residue-free demolding of concrete products is crucial in the wetcast and precast concrete industry. The formwork, polyurethane molds, and liners used have a critical impact on the result. The right choice of release agent and its correct application play a key role as early as the production stage for the PU molds and liners themselves.

Handling information
WASA RELEASE should ideally be applied using a pressure sprayer at a minimum pressure of 1 bar. Electric or pneumatic pump systems installed as stationary units can also be used. In automated wetcast and precast concrete production, “airless” sprayers with a very low flow rate achieve the best results. Fine white droplets form when the release agent is applied to the mold. These do not need to be wiped away.
DO NOT begin casting until the white droplets have completely disappeared and a transparent film of release agent has formed on the surface.
