Ready for Tomorrow’s Wetcast Technology

The current high demand for construction materials has given rise to full order books for concrete product manufacturers. Concrete products manufactured for gardening and landscaping using the wetcast process are popular trendsetters, but are often associated with long delivery times. One reason for limited product availability is the prevailing manufacturing process.  A concrete production facility for paving blocks with an automated drycast production line often has a daily output of more than 2,000 m², whereas wetcast producers have to manage on average with one tenth of this capacity. Medium-sized companies as well as groups operating internationally are interested in expanding their output in the wetcast area and gearing up their production volume to the aforementioned 2,000 m² per day.
